As Helmet Law was officially been passed in the Philippines, every motorist on two wheels, whether they like it or not, must wear helmets. Otherwise they face the hefty penalty worth a brand new helmet for the first offense. That includes their passenger. After a few months of its implementation, most motorists do not leave their helmets, even if locked, with their motorcycle to prevent loss from theft. I was a victim of this myself. And so you'll see them bring one or two helmets in malls and other public places. This is where I thought of helping these motorists, at least for added convenience, in bringing their helmets. I drive a motorcycle myself so I know the feeling of dragging two helmets at a time, not mentioning your other stuff like bags, groceries, etc.
